Guides
Three guides, for three jobs.
User guide
For the people who work the panel: support answering reports, and whoever sets up products, keys and permissions. Signing in, the queue, answering, live conversations, remote assistance, products, users and their data, people and roles.
Integration guide
For developers building ALIAS into apps and systems: putting a Report a problem screen in a product with a client library, sending ticket events to your own tools with webhooks, scripting the desk from the command line, and the API underneath all of them. Also the privacy text your product's policy can use.
Self-hosting
For running ALIAS on your own servers, with the Self-hosted licence: a first look on your own machine, then Kubernetes, Docker Compose or a service on a server. On the hosted service, there's nothing to run.
